Enrollment Management Director

Western Nebraska Community College is currently accepting applications for the position of Enrollment Management Director. 

RESPONSIBILITIES:  Develop, implement, coordinate, and provide institutional leadership for the college-wide recruitment/admission process; including enrollment analysis, forecasting, marketing and planning for focused student recruitment.  Supervise staff, New Student Orientation, and the student Ambassador Program. Responsible for the enrollment objectives of WNCC for three campus locations; frequent travel required. 

QUALIFICATIONS:  Bachelor’s degree in related field required; Master’s Degree with related work experience in a college setting developing enrollment management plans and directing efforts preferred; or any equivalent combination of education and experience which provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the duties. 

SALARY:  Commensurate. 

START DATE:  Immediate.
