Position Objective:

Provide outstanding guest service by serving food and beverage items per guest requests according to established service standards.

Responsibilities:

• Assure all tables are clean and properly set.
• Enforce all liquor laws and regulations.
• Ensure quality service standards are followed and cost controls are adhered to.
• Complete menu knowledge and service techniques, including suggestive selling.
• Set up serving stations according to checklist.
• Answer questions regarding food preparation and make menu suggestions.
• Observe diners to respond to any additional requests.
• Adhere to established policies and procedures regarding customer service standards.

Qualifications:

Must possess excellent guest service and communication skills.
