Description:

Frequent walking and continuous standing

• Frequent bending or twisting at the neck and trunk while performing duties of the job
• Occasional reaching with hands and arms; stooping, kneeling and crouching
• Continuous use of hands to grasp tools; frequent dealings with hot pans/food items
• Occasional lifting and/or moving of up to 50 pounds
• Hearing acuity; specific vision abilities required include close vision, depth perception, peripheral and color vision
  
  Job Summary:
  Responsible for the food production and serving of quality food in an assigned school to students in a safe, efficient and pleasant manner.
  
  Qualifications:
• High school diploma or general education degree (GED) 
• Some food service work experience preferred 

  Must be able to work from oral and written instructions
  
  Working Conditions:
  While performing the duties of this job, the employee occasionally works in high temperatures and occasionally will walk on slippery surfaces. Must be able to meet deadlines with severe time constraint and interact with public and other workers. The noise level is frequently loud.
